Meet the coaches.
Two coaches who know every quarterback they train.
Sage Hansard.
Sage founded ARQ in Sarasota. For more than ten years he has coached quarterbacks privately, from youth players to college quarterbacks.
He holds a master’s degree in sport psychology and is a certified mental performance consultant, so the mental side of the position is part of every session, not an afterthought.
Florida’s top two quarterbacks train with him, and two of his quarterbacks have reached the Elite 11 national finals.

Brody Wiseman.
Brody took over Riverview High School’s offense as offensive coordinator in 2023. Before that he spent three years as head coach at Sarasota High, where he started as offensive coordinator, and in 2022 led the Sailors to the program’s first playoff win in 18 years.
Over the last five years his offenses have been among the top passing offenses in Florida, and they are built around the players he has: his 2022 Sarasota team also ran for 1,762 yards, and his first Riverview offense ran for 2,232 through nine games. His Riverview quarterback Braxton Thomas went on to North Carolina A&T.
At ARQ he coaches quarterbacks and brings scheme and board work into the sessions, so they learn the why behind every throw.
